Retail Sales
Two aspects of running a store:
Sometimes it’s hectic, and sometimes it’s a bore.
There are so many items to put on the shelf,
Including your thoughts; your thoughts of yourself.
And then there are the customers that “always come first”.
They are the best, but they are also the worst!
Some problems are easy, but some are complex.
You don’t always know just what to do next.
The limits can vary on your going beyond:
The volume of clients, and the way that you bond.
But if you really don’t know how to meet a request,
You say, “I’ve run out of options. I’ve done my best.”
Of course, you want to make some kind of sale!
But let it go. Most often, you fail!
People return if they think that you care;
That you wish them the best, and you try to be fair.
